By supporting you through practical, sustainable nutrition recommendations, you will be able to improve your eating patterns to create long-term positive behaviour changes. We will provide you with the tools you need to achieve your goals, and more importantly, to maintain them.

Nutrition Coaching

Medically Fit offers our members the choice of assessments and diet plans with flexibility in the frequency of appointments. We work with you to review allergies, sensitivities, digestive issues, and lifestyle health conditions that can be improved with adjustments to daily food intake. Together we formulate a plan to achieve your goals with your long-term health goals in mind.

Our diet, the food we consume daily plays an unmatched part in our overall health and well-being. With nutritional guidance aiming to reduce the impact of metabolic disease and cardiovascular risk. 

We are all aware that positive behaviors in nutrition can assist with body composition, such as a reduction in body fat and an increase in lean muscle mass. But, are you aware of the benefits nutrition has on energy, strength, gut and bone health, satiety, and sleep patterns as well?

What is a Registered Dietitian?

Dietitians are regulated health professionals recognized by the College of Dietitians. Trained to provide nutrition care throughout the entire continuum of life, helping to enhance the health and well-being of individuals.

Dietitians take the science of food and translate it into practical plans that suit your needs, goals, and lifestyle.

What can a Registered Dietitian help me with?
