One on One
Medically Fit offers exercise assessments and customized exercise plans with flexibility in the frequency of appointments. We work with you to review your movement preferences, your health considerations, injuries, and how to ensure your movement plan is achievable.
We are aware that exercise for two people can look incredibly different. The access to facilities and equipment, the time within your day or week, musculoskeletal injuries, exercise knowledge, and previous experience are all aspects for consideration.
Exercise is renowned as fundamental in energy expenditure, specifically to assess and assist with fitness, reduce body fat, and increase strength, power, muscle mass, and flexibility. All with the ultimate goal of improving health and life span.
